About this site
House of Enaya is a Main Character Energy property. FIRST BURN is its four-scent candle trial collection. These terms explain the use of this website and the basis on which orders are accepted. Read them alongside our shipping and returns policy and privacy policy.
Orders
Orders are open. Browsing or sending an enquiry does not create a paid order. The trial pack contains four 80ml candles and costs ₹2,499 inclusive of GST, with free shipping within India. International shipping is charged separately and available only to supported checkout destinations via India Post, for parcels up to 2 kg. Single-pack rates are included in the checkout total; multiple-pack orders require packed-weight verification. An international shipping quote request is not a paid order; the total is confirmed before payment.
Placing an order
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to place an order. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and an order confirmation is issued. Keep that confirmation for reference.
The price, included items, taxes and any shipping charges will be shown before payment. We will not increase the agreed price of a confirmed order without your agreement. If a genuine listing error or inability to fulfil an order affects your purchase, we will explain the issue and offer a refund rather than substitute a different product without consent.
The trial collection
The House of Enaya FIRST BURN discovery box contains all four scents; it is not an individual-scent purchase. Screen colour and minor finish details may vary. Each candle is supplied in an 80ml amber jar. Burn-time details will be listed on the product page when available.
Dispatch, cancellations & final sale
Confirmed paid orders dispatch within 7–10 business days after payment. Delivery takes additional time. You may request cancellation before dispatch as set out in our shipping and returns policy.
Once shipped, orders are final sale: no returns, exchanges or refunds, except for verified products that arrive damaged under our arrival-damage policy, or where required by law. Report arrival damage within 24 hours where possible, and no later than 48 hours after delivery, with your order reference and supporting photographs. Scent preference and change of mind do not qualify. Approval and written instructions are required before returning any product.
The shipping and returns policy contains the claim process, exclusions, refund timings and handling of delays. The final-sale terms and reporting window do not limit any mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including for defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.
Using the site
Use the site and contact form for genuine enquiries and lawful purchases. Do not submit fraudulent information, spam, malicious files or content that infringes another person's rights, or try to access other people's enquiries. House of Enaya’s branding, original copy and artwork may not be republished commercially without permission; rights in third-party material remain with their owners.
Care with candles
Follow the care instructions supplied with the product. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials; use a stable, heat-resistant surface. Do not burn a candle in damaged glass or move a jar while hot. These care instructions do not limit responsibility for a defective product.
External services & availability
A hosted payment service may apply its own terms to payment processing during checkout. We remain responsible for the products and commitments we make. Website access may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons; contact us if an interruption affects an order.
Questions & changes
Use Contact us to raise a concern or ask about these terms. Indian law applies, without excluding any mandatory consumer protections or remedies. Updates will be dated here and will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing confirmed order.
